Prompts for a more consistent walkthrough.
Use these HTML checklists on screen or print them before an inspection. They help you remember the room context, close-up details, notes, and review steps that make a photo report readable.
What should I check room by room?
For each room, capture enough context to identify the space, then cover walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, storage, fittings, appliances, and visible issues. Add short factual notes, keep detail photos under the correct room, and review the full list before leaving.
